HOW TO BUY OUR PROPERTY

We use a competitive bidding process for the purchase of most of our properties.

Our properties have two dollar amounts that appear in their listing. The first is the “Minimum Bid” amount. This is the lowest amount that will be considered by the Board of Directors to purchase the property. The second amount is the “Auditor Estimated Value.” This is a valuation of the property as determined by the County Auditor’s office.

In some instances, our properties may be listed with a “Buy-It-Now” purchase price. In this case, this is the amount that the Board of Directors will accept for the purchase of a property on the condition that the potential buyer is approved to purchase the property during the offer evaluation process.
