Accepting requests for residential demolition/cleanup of blighted houses, buildings, and structures

THE LAWRENCE COUNTY LAND REUTILIZATION CORPORATION is accepting requests for Residential demolition/cleanup of blighted houses, buildings, and structures in LAWRENCE COUNTY!

This is at NO COST to the property owner and NO LIEN or any assessments will be placed on the property! The Land Bank will not need to own the property either. This is contingent upon review and approval by the Land Bank, receiving grant funding and taxes are paid up on the property. Property owner will need to sign an Access Agreement allowing The Land Bank to go onto property and complete the clean-up, abatement, or demolition. The Access Agreement is required. Once, completed the property will go back to its original and natural state. A Beautiful piece of property will remain.
